Bipolar Disorder (16 sessions) Do you have periods feeling sad and "down" followed by more excited or energetic moods? During the excited phase, are you uncharacteristically talkative, hyper and distractible? Perhaps you find that you are able to get by with much less sleep, or find it hard to resist doing things simply because they feel good? Obsessions/Compulsions (16 sessions) Suffering from persistent thoughts about contamination, doubts about having done something that might have hurt someone, or a need to have things in a particular order? Perhaps you try to neutralize these upsetting thoughts, images or impulses by performing repetitive behaviours?
