Are assertiveness problems and excessive self-consciousness or shyness holding you back? Do you have difficulties performing in public? Learn to function better in the social situations you presently fear or avoid.
Overcoming Social Fears, Part II
Overcoming Social Fears, Part II is for Part I grads. It will either be offered as an independent program, or if there is insufficient enrollment, intergrated into the Part I program, with an appropriate fee reduction.
Schedule
Each year the social anxiety program will be offered three times, in sets of 12 weekly, 2-hour sessions: from January to April, May to July, and September to December.
